#27 UC Gayvis & Free Carpool

While I was waiting for the bus this morning, I grabbed the UCD newspaper and read the police briefs. I always thought they were hilarious because all the police reports are retarded. Here's one example:

So how do you cheat a Holiday traffic? go to the carpool lane during carpool hours!
So I used my jacket and set it up as if it were an actual person. Went to the carpool lane, and saved myself $4 and 30+mins. =D
